Snow or no snow - make up your mind

Alta Sundays are always fun. NWS predicted 4-8" new snow so it was promising. Total was closer to 1-2, marginal visabiliy, so it became another rehab day.














Still making progress and begining to trust the knee.
Canyon a little slippery up and down. Careful driving pays.
Returned home to assist Mike's weekend project, ski quiver storage.

Alta groomers

Saturday brought a crisp 5* F day to Alta. Collins ran all day without a line to be faced. Despite the overnight snow the groomers by end of day were skiied smooth. Ballroom held some good snow.

Last day snow showers on the upper mountain might be harbingers of things to come Sunday!

Opening day at Snowbird 4 me

Ok, after 8 months since my torn hamstring and meniscus issues, I returned to the scene of the crime. The Dr. told me I would be as good as new and was!
Snow cover was thin and temps around 10* F, but hard to beat a day in the Wasatch with Mike.
